Contact OffshoreCasinos

One email address, handled by the editorial team.

OffshoreCasinos Ltd handles all correspondence by email. There is no phone line and no live chat, and that is deliberate: a written message leaves a record for both sides, which matters when the subject is a factual correction or a privacy request.

Email: [email protected]

What kind of messages does the team handle?

  • Corrections. If a law, date, threshold or regulator detail on this site is wrong or out of date, tell us which page and which sentence, and include a link to the primary source (a statute, a regulator notice, an IRS publication or a court ruling).
  • Content questions. Questions about something we have published, such as how a tax rule or a self-exclusion program described here works.
  • Privacy requests. Requests to access or delete personal information, as described in our privacy notice.
  • Commercial enquiries. State-licensed operators and their partners can write about listings. Our editorial policy explains why an enquiry from an operator without a US state licence will not lead anywhere.

What can’t the team help with?

We are not a casino, a payment processor or a regulator. We cannot see any player’s account, release a withdrawal, reverse a transaction or rule on a dispute with an operator. If you have a complaint about a state-licensed online casino, raise it with the operator first and then with the regulator in the state where you played, for example the New Jersey Division of Gaming Enforcement, the Pennsylvania Gaming Control Board or the Michigan Gaming Control Board.

If the complaint concerns an offshore site, the uncomfortable truth is that no US regulator has jurisdiction. Suspected fraud can be reported to the FBI’s Internet Crime Complaint Center at ic3.gov.

We also do not give individual legal, tax or financial advice. For questions about reporting gambling winnings, the IRS publishes its guidance at irs.gov, and a qualified tax professional can apply it to your situation.

How long does a reply take?

We aim to answer messages within five business days. Corrections that affect a legal or tax statement are reviewed first, and if the correction holds up the page is updated before we reply. Privacy requests are acknowledged and handled within the time limits that apply under the privacy laws covering your request. Messages that are abusive, automated or plainly promotional may not receive an answer.

What should a useful message include?

  1. The full address of the page you are writing about.
  2. The exact sentence or table row in question.
  3. What you believe is correct, with a link to an official source.
  4. For privacy requests, the email address you used with us, so we can locate any related data.

Please do not send passwords, bank details, card numbers or copies of identity documents. We never need them, and we will not ask for them.

Red flag: nobody from OffshoreCasinos will contact you offering bonuses, account recovery or help getting money out of a casino. Any message claiming to do so in our name is not from us.

Is help available right now?

If gambling is causing harm, do not wait for an email reply. Call or text 1-800-GAMBLER, the National Council on Problem Gambling helpline, or use the chat at ncpgambling.org. More options are listed on our safer gambling page.
